Agreed, jd and shipcolldoc. I do not see how the publishers can imagine that they can sell the 2000 copies at that price. Maybe they think institutional customers will not blink twice at the price. As for me, unfortunately, it is out of my price range. I would very much have liked to have had a copy though.
