Picked up a Verilux Happy Light last winter and within a week of using it I noticed that I was feeling morerested and waking up on time. Also didn't have the 3pm slump I always seem to get every winter. I'd recommend it to anyone who thinks their lethargy might be because of SAD. They can be a bit pricey, but you'll only have to buy one, and it's well worth it.
I guess this would work for Sarah Palin. There's not much grey matter to get through.
