I am planning to buy the WHO Tumors of the Nervous system, but I am dreading it since the last edition is from 2000. Any ideas about when the new edition is going to be released? Thank you.

Right. The last WHO CNS Tumor book was in 2007.
You're absolutely right! I checked the wrong fascicle that we have in our library. Either way, any ideas if the new edition is coming up soon? (I know not even 10 years have past)
I spoke with someone who told me they have not even scheduled the meetings, so I expect about 1-2 more years at least. But there may be more info out there.
